I will be posting updates each day and I'm going to do a mixture of fasting, shakes, smoothies and healthy meals and exercise. Feel free to buddy up as this will defo help with encouragement. I'm going to be weighing, maybe every 3 days but mainly use clothes to guide me as well as sometimes the scale will fluctuate. We can do this.

@IloveGod2 oh! I find juices and things don't work for me long time. Personally I'm going for a calorie deficit with low/no sugar and caffeine, high protein, lots of fruit and veg, complex cards only with a mix of strength training,HIIT, yoga and swimming. I've lost 7 pounds so far doing this

Hubblebubble · 28/05/2023 12:02

Long term

IloveGod2 · 28/05/2023 13:13

@Hubblebubble yea it's defo not sustainable. Plan is to loose a bit and revert to alternative day fasting and low carbs. I did it before baby and worked really well. Just want to start the process with the cleanse

Hi all. I'm started a 2 week smoothie detox tomorrow to help start jump my weight lost, after which I will do alternative day fasting and having healthier meals and low carbs ✅. I did a 5 day detox before and loss 8lbs

Kaleidoscope2 · 31/05/2023 11:20

Hi everyone, can I join in?

Mum of one, have a minimum.of 3 stone to lose to get back into a healthy BMI range (not a huge lover of BMI as at my lightest I have always sat at the top end but think it will make me more accountable as I tend to hide from the scales). I'm about 2 dress sizes bigger than pre baby. My plan is to alter my longer term habits as Ive become a sugar addicted, caffeine reliant sedentary being. So I do 2 exercise classes a week already, but looking to add in walking on my off days to get myself moving. And now I am really clean ing up my diet, using the Glucose Goddess principles and doing weekly weigh ins and measuring. Limiting my sugar intake generally, and upping my proteins and fats.
@Hubblebubble your diet sounds brill, hoping I can keep up with this and lose like you!

IloveGod2 · 01/06/2023 14:32

@Kaleidoscope2 Hiya and welcome all. When did you have your baby. I went up 3 dress sizes but started IF and have loss some weight, just want to shift a few more lbs. My youngest is 15m. I'm also back to the gym, I was so lazy but getting back to it. Gradually but surely Guys. We gat this.

Kaleidoscope2 · 01/06/2023 14:39

@IloveGod2 thats incredible, shes not even a baby anymore shes 2 and a half!! I just completely lost my way till she was about 2 and finally feel like the fog has lifted.

How do you do IF? We eat really late which doesnt help, we tend to eat dinner about 8.30, yday was 7.30 and that felt like an achievement. I have brought some new Renpho scales and the app made for stark reading in terms of where my health is but we all have to start somewhere and atleast its now than another 2 years! We have got this 💪💪

IloveGod2 · 01/06/2023 14:43

@Kaleidoscope2 it's really good for weightloss and healthy. To loose weight Jason fungs recommends a minimum of 18h with no food. So last meal at your normally 8pm and eat next day around maybe 11am or mid day. Obv seek medical advice and research if your new to it. When do you nor ally have your first meal(the FF day)?
