Let's see our weight drop off as our babies gain it!!

I'm starting first thing tomorrow.
I'm hoping to lose 4 stone before the end of October - I have a wedding to go to, I have a dress that I was going to wear to a wedding 2 years ago that was cancelled (this wedding is the same bride different groom!).
But more than that I want to be a slim and fit mummy to keep up with my ds.

Come and join me!

Hello!

I really want to lose about 3 stone but I don't have a slimming class near me that I can get to (clash with other commitments) which is a shame as I'm the type of person who needs that nagging thought of getting a weekly weigh in to help keep me on the straight and narrow!

What's your eating plan? I'm trying to avoid chocolate and if I need something sweet I have to eat a piece of fruit first! I'm watching my portions as well.

Well I joined Slimming World last night, they do an online programme as well where you don't have to go to classes.
They have green days and red days, green days have loads of carbs and red days where you have loads of protein.

Today I'm having a green day. I'm having weetabix for breakfast with a little bit of dried fruit, I'll have a jacket spud with spaghetti and a bit of cheese for lunch and I'm making quorn curry with rice for tea.
I'll be snacking on lots of fruit and very low fat yoghurt.

I'm pretty sure that I can't go into detail on the plan because of copyright issues and such, unforunately.

But definitely eating loads of fruit and veg, cutting out the high fat foods etc, will help you shed those pounds. I am also planning on making sure I go out for plenty of walks during the week, though I must admit this cold snap is really putting me off - it was -4.5 at 7am this morning
Are you planning on doing any regular exercise?

Hi

Yes I'm going to go to a Body Balance class and a sesion of netball every week then walk into town (1 mile) at least three times a week.

The cold weather puts me off as well but if I make sure I'm dressed accordingly it makes it a lot more enjoyable!

Well that sounds really energetic
Doing ok, but still hungry!!

How are you doing, even if we aren't following the same plan, we can still motivate each other!

Had all my Healthy Extras yesterday, but only 5.5 syns, stuff that I could snack on was either zero or loads of syns and chocolate! Will have some chocolate on Sunday though
