I’m usually quite good at cutting back a bit after a period of indulgence to get my weight back on track, but this time it’s just not working and I don’t know why! I start each day off well but by the afternoon I’m just having a small snack here or finishing of a bit of that there, and quite often just having a few biscuits, etc because it’s been a tough day or whatever. I’ve just eaten about four chocolate biscuits I was helping my daughter make - I don’t even like chocolate and feel a bit sick!
I’d love some support from others trying the same
thing. Anyone up for some mutual accountability?
