I need to lose 5-7lbs in 3 weeks. Please help me

So I've done the age old thing of leaving it far too late but I really do need this to happen to wear an outfit (expensive one) at a function.

I'm not particularly overweight but this will take me down a dress size.

How would you do it?

Cut out all treats/alcohol/anything calorific (butter, cream, cheese etc) and cut down portion sizes.
Stick to a calorie target of around 1,500 calories and drink loads of water.

I can only say this anonymously online, because everyone in real life freaks out at the insane faddiness of it, but shakes/bars have been my saviour any time I need to drop a few pounds fast.
You can do that in a couple of weeks.
If all you need is to be able to get a zip up, fast, it works.

I'd cut out alcohol and sugary things, reduce carbs and do 5:2 plus some exercise (min 10k steps a day).

No booze, no sugar, no/low carbs, a whole lot of vegetables and no ultra processed food.

I would never lose weight on 1500 cals a day. I’m 5’5 so hot particularly short but that level of calories just wouldn’t work.

OP I know it’s not “healthy” 🙄 but I would drop to 800-1000 cals a day, no carbs whatsoever, protein and veg only, eating between the window of midday and 17.00 hours. I’ve lost two pounds a week doing this when needed. No it’s not the best but it’s ok for an “emergency”.

Thank you. Honestly you'd think by now I'd have stopped this silly game and learnt not to leave it til the last minute 🙄

I will have to cut down to 1000 Cals max, probably less else I won't lose. I like the idea of only allowing myself a window to eat in.. never tried that before

Also going to have to eat totally differently to the rest of the family and just accept it.
