Not loosing

I've not eaten carbs for 2 weeks.
My weight is still bobbing up and down between the same 3lbs.
Why won't it shift?

What's your current height and weight and how many calories are you eating a day? Are you logging what you eat ?

Carbs aren't evil, they are just a type of food.
What's your tdee and your goal weight and what are you eating and exercising? Today I've hit my goal weight of 54.5kg (54.25kg actually but that was my goal) and I mainly eat carbs except for at lunch. I've lost over 2 stone slowly and steadily since last September but only really committed to it in January. I was eating originally 1700 a day then 1500 on average. I'm 5'3" so short.
Are you drinking plenty of water? I've found that really helps to shift the weight along with lots of walking.

At least an hour walking every day
1.5 hrs today.

I'm low carbing so not going to eat lots of them.

No bread
No pasta
No biscuits
No cake

I have had yoghurt and a few potatoes

Trying to drink more water.
Will try to increase.

I can't be bothered calorie counting.

I eat fruit & yogurt or eggs for breakfast
Tuna salad for lunch
Fish n veg for dinner.
Sometimes cheese.

I guess I could try halving my portions.

By cheese I mean - some feta crumbled over roasted veg for eg.

HRT has made me put on weight. Am slowly weaning off it to see if it helps.

Not watching your calories is your mistake and like PP has said, carbs are not evil. And you are eating carbs anyway with your fruit and potatoes.
