Hi all. Please no negative comments or judgement as I have experience in this. I normally do intermittent fasting or smoothie cleanse but wanted to try slim fast. Need to loose the baby weight after baby number three. With IF I have lost 40lbs so far. I did slim fast before my three kids and lost sooo much weight so I know it works. I will be replacing the snacks with smoothies/fruits. I start tomorrow. Is anyone else on it and how it going and how much weight have you lost. I will also be doing slight exercise. Can't wait to hear from you or if anyone wants to buddy up, we can update each day 💪👍

@may23 yea calorie deficit is also sustainable as you can include your healthy nutrients which is good.

Hope it’s going ok for everyone! How are you doing?

I’ve been a bit on and off with the Slim Fast as we’ve been staying with family but I’ve tried to eat less than I would have done. Hard when family meals are long and have such good food!
Have been for walks but haven’t done exercise properly for a few days. Back on it today.

@ILoveNigelTufnel welcome. I've been off and on as well. I did smoothie yesterday and loss 2lbs. Might mix the fruits with the slim fast, I'm sure it will taste nice. I've started a fast today and will do the shake tomorrow but may mix fruits

Well done with the 2lbs loss @IloveGod2 hope the fast is going well.

I have walked at least 8,000 steps for the last few days, done HIIT workouts and I’ve been on the Slimfast as well which is helping with the calorie deficit. I do feel like I have more energy so that’s good and I know that down to the exercise and not the slimfast.
