Saggy tum from weight loss?

I recently have gone from 11st 3 to 7st 9.

I have had two children, the youngest is 2.

I thought I'd be so happy losing this weight; I thought it would be the key to my self esteem and confidence.

But it hasn't been! I'm left with just saggy thighs, saggy belly. It's a small apron mum tum. I am assuming a tummy tuck is the only way to get rid of this? I was hoping to confidently wear a bikini after this weight loss but I would never still.

Will weight training do much? It's so shit. I hate it!

I feel like perhaps I need to lose more weight?

You don’t need to lose more weight!

I lost over 3 stone and have a saggy, wrinkled tummy & bum. It’s slightly upsetting but I accept it as the price to pay for putting the weight on in the first place. I don’t focus on it too much, instead focus on how fantastic I look in fitted clothes.
I just keep my tummy covered in a tankini & concentrate on feeling pleased it’s a couple of sizes smaller than it was.

What if you want to wear a tight dress/jeans/skirt? I am finding it hard to find a decent pair of firm control pants/thong in a size 6!!

Losing more weight or weight training will just make it looser, it’s sagging skin that has been stretched and has no fat left under it, as you said tummy tuck is the only thing that would remove it. Get some high waisted bikinis, sorted.

Weight training and daily massage may help slightly but in reality I'd be calling Dr Dan Marsh and booking in for a tuck 😂

( I only wish I could loose that much weight!)
