What's achievable in 2 weeks?

Not interested in crash dieting, starving myself, anything extreme or daddy, but is it conceivable that I could notice a difference in my body in two weeks with eating well and exercising? If yes, what things would you suggest? I struggle with attention and feel like I need something fairly sustainable, but that will also give me some results within two weeks.

Lift weights and drop carbs way low down.

2 weeks...too short to see any big changes but you might drop water weight in that time (glucose is stored in the body cushioned by water around each cell, and carbs are stored as glucose) but fat loss/muscle gain will take longer.
