4 stone to lose. It’s time. I feel I need somewhere to be brutally honest with what I consume each day. The plan is sensible meals or fast 800 replacements, no snacking, intermittent fasting and lots of fluids.
So tomorrow:
Breakfast - large porridge with milk and mixed berries, orange juice
Lunch - Fast800 coffee shake

2litres of water plus lots of tea

The porridge will make you ravenous by lunchtime. The shake won't fill you up. This is a recipe (literally) for failure.

You're best to eat high protein stuff on fasting days. It keeps you full. Have some eggs!
