Hi everyone.
After years of being unhappy with my weight and comfort eating… followed by 18 months of TTC with no luck. I finally decided to take the plunge of trying out Saxenda.
I currently weight 89kg and my goal weight is 72kg which would put me back into a bmi range of less than 30! That means I have approx 17kg that I want to lose…
I go for short but daily (most days) walks, swimming and some weight lifting too.
Today is day 2 of Saxenda.
