Has anyone ordered from Daily Chemist? The reviews are very mixed so I’m not sure whether to try them or not. I can’t find it in stock anywhere else and don’t want to run out as I’m losing really well.

Yes I am still waiting for the delivery..

Apparently I didn't receive the email asking some questions. I enquired twice as to where the pen delivery was and only my second email did they reply saying they were waiting for me to answer the questions I never received.

I replied a few days ago and got an acknowledgement email that they would review my answers.

So I am still waiting

My husband ordered and paid for this weeks ago. Not received anything and theyve not replied to any of his emails. 😡

Mine did reply and arrive eventually. Took a month in the end.

Keep contacting them.

I suspect that are short and so deliberately being slow.

Once I got a reply they were very good with communication.

As I said in previous post they were apparently waiting for me to send them my form (which they had never sent me)

I'd be careful.

I ordered 3 months ago and during this time I received reassuring emails... We sent you questions, we've sent your answers to the doctor, the doctor is reviewing your answers, please bear with and so on but despite spending over £400 I never received the pens.

It was the same when I asked for a refund... Lots of emails to say we've processed it, wait 7-10 days but nothing! Then the same wait a few days and repeat.I have now contacted my bank to see if I can get my money back.
