What did you have for your B choices then?
If you are finding it hard to eat the B choice, it might be a good idea to have some breakfast bars. I like the ryvita ones as you can have 2 of those as 1 HEb.
You are not over eating, just not eating enough. Not sure how it works, but do know you have to eat the Heathy As and Bs. When I did it years ago, you were only allowed 1 HEa, you can have 2 now though.
When I am having green days, I have 2 weetabix (HEb and HEa milk)
For lunch I have savoury rice.
For dinner I might have pasta or quorn sausages, mash, egg, baked beans.
For red days, I tend to stick to tuna or chicken salad. I prefer green days.
