My mum has started Ozempic and she is not eating nearly enough calories let alone vitamins and nutrients and I am worried she is going to cause herself some complications. For example, today shes eaten no breakfast, a boiled egg and a tomato and she will eat a piece of chicken for dinner.
She isnt nauseous, she just has no appetite and tbh probably getting a bit addicted to chasing the dramatic weight loss.
What can I prepare for her that will be nutrient dense and healthy but not overwhelming if you have no appetite?
