Ozempic & exercise - feeling exhausted

I'm an experienced runner, have run 3-4 x week for years. Won't break any medals but get out there and have done marathons etc. in the last few months I have found I'm more tired and slower, but since starting Ozempic two weeks ago I feel like I've been run over by a bus! No energy, need to walk, more breathless. Anyone else have this?

Yes I did at first but are you eating enough calories. I struggled with nausea and could barely eat 1000 which left me fatigued and not able to exercise. I upped my calories with protein shakes and peanut butter and now feel alot better and able to exercise. I'm week six btw x

Yes. When I started first I was really tired for quite a while. And I know of someone who had to stop taking it as she just couldn’t cope with the exhaustion and it didn’t pass for her. She was in Australia and getting it from her doctor.
