Losing weight post pregnancy

Had a baby just over a month ago. At some point want to start trying to lose weight. I am a fussy eater and dislike a lot of healthy food which makes it tricky. Pre pregnancy I was losing some by having slim fast shakes for lunch and skipping breakfast, but I am breastfeeding now and so I need to be mindful of a plan that won't have negative affects for baby. Its also difficult to find the head space to plan special meals (adjusting to new baby ans also have older child to care for) which is why the shakes work as it's easy and doesn't involve thinking and meal planning.
The bonus is the breastfeeding might burn some extra calories for me

To get down to a healthy weight I need to lose 2.5 stone I think, I'm very short so a little weight makes a big difference. I think just 1 stone gets me to overweight rather than obese so that's a good starting goal.

Any suggestions for easy to follow weight loss plans that are breast feeding friendly?
