Maintaining results after Six Pack Revolution

I did the January wave of the Six Pack Revolution and am now trying to maintain my results and just wondered if there was anyone out there in the same boat. Maybe we could help to support each other if so?

I lost a stone on the programme and went down a dress size. I really enjoyed the food and did about half of the exercise. Since finishing, I've been mostly sticking to the 5 days on, 2 days off, but getting a bit slack and my weight is creeping back up. I'm determined to start afresh tomorrow, 1st May.

Anyway, if anyone out there is in the same position let me know!

Hey,
I was really pleased with my january wave but really struggled through april so on the may wave and seriously considering signing up for july. This has been the first diet i’ve ever stuck with and the maintantence bit was just a slippery slope.

Hi @Stuckinarut79 (I wonder if we're the same age - born in 1979?), I can really understand why people sign up for additional waves to stay motivated. The thing I struggle with most is eating out/eating at other people's houses, because I don't want to be difficult and ask for special food. But I think I just need to toughen up and get used to doing that, because I know how much better I feel eating on plan. I ate out twice this weekend and had a burger one night and noodles the next, and my tummy was so bloated and uncomfortable afterwards - not really a treat at all. Good luck on the May wave and perhaps I'll see you on the July one!

lol yep I’m 44!
It was weird taking food with me when visiting friends/family but only did it a couple of times, drinks/evenings out were trickier, i mainly avoided or stuck to places i could get a coffee, i’ll admit that’s the biggest downside really feeling my social life was on hold but as a single parent I’m not the most social!
