I’m looking for recommendations for online fitness/ weight loss groups which have quite an active community to keep me motivated. Whenever I try to follow a plan by myself I give up far too quickly unfortunately.
Last year I did the Six Pack Revolution and amazed myself by sticking to it for the full 10 weeks. It was a very hard slog though and it was the community which got me through. However the eating plan was far far too strict and limited to be long term sustainable for me. I wouldn’t want to do it again but I would like to find something with that community feel that’s more long term (slow and steady over quick fix).
Has anyone had longer term success with online groups which they could recommend please?
