Saggy stomach

I have lost 3 stone so far and aiming for another 2. There’s a big difference with how I look and I’m starting to get my confidence back but my stomach is what really gets me down. It’s very saggy at the bottom🫣 I have had 2 children too so I don’t that that has helped. It’s gone better since I have lost the weight but definitely not enough for me to be happy. Is there any specific exercises that could help with this or will I have it for life? I have accepted I’m probably never going to have a slim stomach again but would love to reduce the saggyness!

Look up diastisis recti. It could be that. Pilates can be good for that.

Look up 360 degree diaphragmatic breathing, connection breath, transverse abdominis postpartum exercise - or feel free to reach out to me too! I know a bit about this. :)
