I know I should drink more water but I also know when I'm losing weight as I'm a) thirsty and b) constipated- I tend to follow the principles of slimming world when I'm trying to lose weight and it astounds me that I eat all this fruit and veg but end up constipated!
Is it just me? I don't seem to recall specifically hearing about the importance of water re weight loss only the fact that we all should be drinking plenty
