Saxenda on NHS?

Hello all, Has anybody managed to get an NHS prescription for Saxenda?
I am very overwieght 😫with a BMI of 36 😱and slightly raised blood pressure. I have to make an appointment with my doctor for a medication review (I take HRT) and was wondering what the chances of getting a prescription are if I mention it.

I pay privately via boots - expensive but the NHS wouldn't prescribe for me! Slightly lower BMI than yourself.
