Moving from Saxenda to Ozempic- should I try Juniper for the support?

Hi all.

Apologies that the board is awash with threads re these pens but my question is specific and I can't find the answer easily so I'm hoping the title might sing out to someone.

I've been on Saxenda for about a year. I went on it almost to give myself a break from thinking about diets. I just wanted less ability to overeat, and I promised myself I wouldn't count any calories, do any crazy plans, cut out food groups, etc. I have lost over 3 stone without trying.

I'd like to lose the rest and be a proper slim person. I think I can with these amazing products - they really are life changing if you can lose 3 stone without even really trying.

I'm wondering if I should do Juniper as it comes with support and presumably a diet plan of some kind which should see me on my final journey. Bear in mind that whilst I've done 3 stone without trying, the final 2 or so I will have to try, and I'll need to re-educate my brain behaviours of what the right way of eating is.

Is anyone going through Juniper who can tell me what they tell you to eat? Is it quite prescriptive or do they support you in ways to make wise choices that fit in with your lifestyle, job, kids etc? Any food groups off limits? Are they engaged in helping you as an individual or is it a culty copy and paste? Do they coast along saying there is support because of the online community when these can just be frustrating Facebook groups full of repetitive newbies posting similar stuff, or is it better than that?

I know I could just sign up and try but before making the change (I have 4 more Sax pens) I'd like someone's input if willing to share, and it might help someone else!

By the way, main reason for wanting to switch is cost, evidence for Oz slightly better, and I am psyched to "finish the job", whereas before I had post covid lard and wanted a break from thinking about the zillions of ways to tackle it.

Thank you if you got this far!
