I know, I know. It's a fad. It's not sustainable. Etc etc. But I am at the top end of healthy BMI, about 1-1-.5 stone more than I'd like to be (and have been). I have a very big holiday in 4 weeks we've been planning for 4 years and I just could not get back into MFP as I have done previously to shift those extra unwanted lbs. I just really don't want to look back at photos and see a body I don't recognise 
So have for the first time in my life opted for one of these juicing things, just to see if I can shift a chunk of weight up front, and will swap to 5:2 for the remaining 2 weeks.
Defence over, anyone done this? I have a quiet 2 weeks, just one day in the office so thought it would be a good time to try. Done my first day today, bit of a headache and thinking of food nonstop
