Mattress topper after weight loss.

My mattress is digging in I'm waking up with sore hip and pressure with a stiff neck. I don't want to replace the entire mattress yet as I will be moving house at some point I want a very soft mattress topper which will relieve the pressure I just want to sink in. Has anyone got any recommendations?

I got a simple one from Silent night. It's soft. I wanted firm and they didn't seem to exist. I must say that although I wanted firm this sleeps very well and I won't change it until it's necessary!
