Fat Mess

So let’s just be brutal…I am officially a fat mess, I’m terribly obese, overhanging belly, can’t be bothered showering etc I’m just a tramp.
I have had an awakening that I need to get myself in gear and unleash the sexy lady hiding under the gross layers of fat!

Where do I start? I’m thinking off the books SW (let’s face it I can’t afford and don’t have the time! - I have a toddler, work FT) any diet pills to order?

Appreciate the help! (UK Based)

I also recommend slimming world. I have lost 1 stone 2 pounds since mid January. I once lost 3 stone on it and had a 1 year old and a part time job at the time. And it's a fiver a week. Less than pills. It's the only thing that's ever made sense for me.

Also you can take kids to sw meetings. I used to sometimes take my toddler if DH was working late and go to the earlier session. You don't always have to stay for the talk.

Also walking. You can do that with your toddler.

I know you said not Slimming World but I really recommend it. I joined on 2nd January and have lost two stones (still plenty to go but I'm getting there). I have found it SO helpful. It's only an hour a week and is really easy and being in a group with other people in the same boat has been really encouraging. I think you can do it on line if you can't get to meetings. My brother was referred for free SW classes by your GP because he was over a certain weight...don't know if that would apply to you.

I recommend SW as well, 2.5 stones off since November. It's easy and I wish I'd done it sooner. I don't go to class,I do it on line. There are FB groups as well which are helpful.

Op not washing makes you sound really low and depressed. And DH is away from home are you getting any time to yourself? Are you comfort eating?

I think your first step has to be see your GP.
Ask about antidepressants and see what weight support they can give you.
