Starting a health kick.

Just want a place to track my progress, where I can record daily progress like steps walked, water drunk, weight loss etc.

It helps if it’s visually appealing.

Does anyone have any recommendations please?

My Fitbit app does all of that

I have tried Noom in the past and I think the app does all of that - but I seem to remember it was expensive

Nutracheck

Thanks lorisparkle I’ll look in to a Fitbit but I am a bit wary of techie gadgets as I like to see things laid out

laid out clearly, at a glance sort of thing.

Was trying to avoid joining Zoom tbh!

I used this nice simple tracker calendar from etsy. You can choose up to 6 habits to track each month, say how many times a month you want to track it for, and colour in all the days you tracked your habits.

The reason I don't use it anymore is because after a few months I just now naturally do all the things I wanted to track! Can't recommend it enough.

That said, I also do recommend the fitness watch apps. They are quite easy to use once you get used to them. You can see the streak you have built with step goals, water drunk etc, and it motivates you to keep up.

I use happy scale for weight recording because it's nice and simple
And my fitness pal for calories but I pretty much know what I'm eating now so use it less

Nutracheck

Some great suggestions here, thank you very much.

I particularly like the look of the Etsy calendar Junebughustle , it's great it's worked so well for you that you no longer need it! And I will have a look at happy scale and nutracheck, thanks again everyone.

My Fitness Pal

After reading on here I have tried Nutracheck and it is so much easier than Noom and my Fitbit app and not that expensive. It even takes the exercise and steps data from my Fitbit.
