Really struggling with finding the right amount of calories to eat to lose weight. I don't even care how quickly it happens I just want to lose it. All the different calculators and different levels of activity and I am confused. Scientific or opinion I don't mind, please help?
I am currently 11st and 5ft8 I wear an Apple Watch (I know it isn't accurate) and normally hit 1000 active calories a day. I mostly do 20,000 steps a day and run 3x a week too albeit not fast (mental over physical health).
How many calories shall I eat so I have enough energy to do the day but also lose weight? I'm either starving hungry or just stay the same weight. Thank you
