Healthy eating but fussy eater

For once the fussy eater isn’t about a child it’s me 😂 by fussy I mean I don’t like salad (as in at all) and not really keen on veg, although I eat it. I run about 3 times a week and since I turned 40 I can’t seem to lose anything. I tend to end up calorie counting (my fitness pal) and just reducing portions. I can’t help but think if I could just eat a salad for lunch each day I’d be fine lol. I’m a 12/14 and just want to be back to a 10/12 so maybe a stone would do it.

so…any tips for healthier eating for a fussy eater?!

Tbf, as long as you stick to a calorie deficit, the actual food you eat doesn’t matter for weight loss. Health is another issue!
There are plenty of times I’ve had a family sized bag of minstrels for my dinner but I lost (& have kept off for 3 years) 3 stone.
