Hello

I've some weight to lose but as I'm creeping closer to 40 I've noticed watching what I eat isn't enough... I think I need to exercise more. Like most of us on here I just don't have the time or money for classes in the evenings. I have a health condition which means I need to be close to a toilet at all times so I'm looking for some fun and fat burning YouTube or similar classes.

Can anyone share some please? Smile

I do loads of YouTube workouts OP. It depends what sort of thing you are looking for. I follow around 15 different fitness channels and can guarantee that there are a choice of new workouts available every day between the channels I follow.

For weights I love Caroline Girvan. I'm 54 so try to do weights at least 3 times a week. She has loads of programmes of varying length available. The Christmas Series is a good one to start with as they're short.

If you want more cardio then Olivia Lawson is good. She also does some weights stuff if you like her way of training.

If you want to follow a programme that combines weights and cardio then Heather Robertson is very good.

If you want to do some dancy, fun, mostly low impact workouts Get Fit With Rick and Up To the Beat Fit are good. For higher impact dancy HIIT type workouts EMKFit is good.

Other channels to check out for a mixture of things are Eleni Fit, Mad Fit and Fit by Mik.

Hope that helps and good luck with it all.
