Lose a few pounds in 4 weeks

I know it's not the most sensible and I know I've left it to the last minute, BUT I'm going to Ibiza for weeks today. I'm 51, peri menopausal with a menobelly that I've never had before. I weigh 9.13 and am 5'3. Ideal weight is 9. I have access to a gym and classes. I am committed once I get started but it's the getting started I have a problem with!

Please can you give me your exercise and food tips to drop a few pounds before hols? Even if it means eating the same thing every day for 4 weeks, I don't care!

Try 16:8

You only eat in an 8 hour window. And reduce carbs.

I eat last meal by 7pm. Then breakfast (protein rich, no carbs) at 11am.
Protein rich low carb lunch (salad with lots of variety, salmon/chicken/other protein)
Evening meal with kids.

No alcohol. No snacks in the evening.

(Note to self- must start doing this again Smile)

Thank you poshme, do you do this regime regularly? If so, how much do you tend to lose?

I've just done a rough high protein menu plan plus a workout routine for the next 4 weeks. I CAN do this 😂
