Can anyone recommend a food tracking app?

Ideally a free one. I'm interested to log my foods and know about both calories AND nutrition. Do any of them inform you after a while as to whether you're missing out on a specific vitamin or whatever? Thanks

MyFitnessPal is very good. You don't need the premium version, the free one has everything you need... calories, macros...

I use MyNetDairy. It has lots of UK foods and measures, unlike many of them.

It doesn't have so many micro nutrients unless you pay though.

Chronometer is the best one imo. Gives you a breakdown of every vitamin as well the basic macro nutrients.

Nutra check, hands down is the best I've tried. It is well worth the £25 a year subscription. I started off on My fitness Pal, but this is so much easier & UK focussed.

I use myfitnesspal, never had a problem with it, as with anything make sure you use it properly, check your product carefully with what you click on, make sure you use things per 100g

I dont pay for it. Im only interested in protein, fats, carbs and cals. Plus my liquids.

Hands down the best in the UK. Worth every penny.

Quoted wrong post. I moved from chronometer to nutracheck, which is worlds apart from anything else. .

Myfitnesspal free version, great for tracking calories, fats, protein, carbs
Good for scanning food barcodes too.

Myfitnesspal. Just use the free version. I'm over 5kg down since using it from the new year.
