I've got into a lovely rhythm recently of doing daily 30-45 minute workouts on YouTube, and I'm looking for new ones to try out!
Would love recommendations that:
- Are bodyweight / strength / cardio focused
- Offer low-impact options
- Have chatty, relatable people leading them
and preferably aren't:
- Led by someone who's ridiculously fit and largely silent (I know Caroline Girvan is a big thing on here but I find her so hard to relate to)
- Backed by techno / dance music (other music is fine, but that stuff drives me bats)
- Just someone doing exercises with a timer on the screen, without explaining things or any sense of humour!
I've loved the Popsugar fitness workouts but can't seem to find anything of the same style...
