I've got between 6 and 7 stone to lose, 5 of those to take me from obese to maximum end of healthy weight.
I'm thinking of simple things to start my weight loss journey.
- 10,000 steps a day.
- 5 portions of fruit and veg a day
- 6 - 8 glasses of water a day
- 7 - 8 hours sleep a day
- a multi vitamin to help for where I lack
Is there any thing else I can do that is simple but will help kick off my weight loss journey?
