I need to lose one more stone (lost 4 already in 18 m) to get back to the weight I feel healthier at. But the last stone is not budging.
I have a holiday in august - could I lose this stone by then and what do I do for the last stubborn bit, to lose the other 4 stone I just started walking everywhere , cut down to 3 meals a day (loads of veg and salad, fish , chicken etc for lunches and dinners and just fruit and yogurt for breakfast) there’s not much else to cut down so do I need more exercise ?
