Anyone on the other side?

Has anyone just come to the realisation that you just need to stop eating so much/unhealthily, realised it is hard but that you just need to fight the cravings and ultimately stop eating the food that's stopping you from losing the weight?

Anybody who has just done it and is in the other side??
Does it eventually stick and become your normal lifestyle?

I know exactly what I need to do. Eat a balanced and healthy diet. I just need to do that, and stop snacking/binging on unhealthy stuff. Why can't I just do it?!?!?

In my head, it's so easy.

Stop making it all or nothing.
You can't leap to the top of a sky scraper but if you take even one small step at a time, you're closer to it.

So what one, small, change can you make and focus on being consistent with?
