Weightwatchers people - what was pattern of weight loss?

mine has been:

week 1 - 2.5
week 2 - 3.5

am presuming it won't keep going at this rate?

week 2 sts(totm)
week 3 -2
week 4 -1
week 5 -2
week 6 -0.5 (totm)

a friend i go with has lost at least 2 pounds everyweek and she started the same time as me hth

it depends how much you have to lose i think.your doing great so far,just keep tracking and pointing

wow, so it makes a huge difference (totm)?

I just have to stay focused - only 9 more lb to go, hope I can do it, I do tend to lose the plot once I have lost a cpl of pounds and think "oh, I'm fine now"

Totally agree that it really all depends on how much you have to lose and totm of course. With only 9lbs left to lose, you are doing brilliantly! See you on the thread that VVV Mentioned.

just hada no point veg curry for supper with salad - it' so yummy can't actually believe it is NO points!

I like spending my points on snacking and wine not meals!
