Anyone had a gastric sleeve and fancy doing a pouch reset with me?

How long have you had your sleeve? I’ve had mine for 10 months. Are pouch resets really necessary or can you just try to avoid slider foods?

Not criticising, just interested to find out more.

What I have liked about my sleeve is that it has made me more mindful about what I am eating, as well as the smaller quantities. I can more or less eat whatever I want, though my tastes have changed and I prefer fish over red meat, for example.

My heaviest recorded weight was 19stone (probably a bit heavier, to be honest). I was sleeved at 18 and a half. I am now 11 and a half (or just over).
