Of the type that can be delivered. I am overweight, miserable and find it very hard to motivate myself to prep food in the mornings before work. Even when I do, I invariably find the hot food at work more tempting and end up eating that instead. I can be a bit obsessive and think I’ve got a bit of a good addiction so I’m not good a following diet plans/cutting stuff out etc. I’m thinking a meal delivery plan would help in the week (I don’t have the same issue with dinners at all!). Any recommendations?
