And can the doctor prescribe these or are they only available to buy online?

Drs can prescribe if your BMI is high. They do work if you stick to a low cal low fat diet. If you cheat you will get oil leaking out of your bottom and sitting in your colon ( which isn’t good for your health)

Yeah I read that. Think it would motivate me more knowing there would be shit flying out my bum otherwise.

Hi folks, my tablets arrived today but will start on Monday as I am away this weekend, a few questions

  • what's the maximum amount of fat you should be having per meal to not get the unpleasant , rush to the loo side effects?
  • how do you plan for meals out?
  • as anybody tried this alongside 16:8 intermittent fasting?
Thanks!!

You’re supposed to have 15grams per meals
and 3 meals a day
