I'm smack on the borderline. Just make yourself a couple inches taller and see if that helps! Maybe that's what they mean by heels making you look slimmer...

My Mum commneted today that trousers and boots made me look slimmer!

I'm 5.7 and I currently weigh in at 160lbs (plus have gone up to a 14) so I know I'm a tad overweight. Not too bad though.

YOu need the Lighterlife BMI calculator - has a v depressing 'picture' of what that height and weight looks like.

Bookwormmum, amazing. I'm 5'8' and exactly the same weight. The good news is we aren't THAT far off a healthy BMI. Apparently.

Just don't look at the pic on that lighterlife one.

Sorry - it's a bit scary, isn't it. Just as scary if you take the weight right down.

Maybe if I get my haircut shorter it'll make me lighter .

Th irony is that when I was a teenager/early 20s I had problems maintaining the minimum weight to be healthy and I ate like the proverbial horse. Would've eaten the horse too had I been given the chance and probably come back for seconds. I wonder if I was ever the perfect height/weight ratio? .

According to the calculator, we passed it back around the 140 mark!
