They say weigh yourself on a hard floor not carpet first thing in the morning. The issue I have is differet areas of my kitchen floor give me diifferent results. By th door I am one weight By th window I am another and by the washing maching another. Wich one i the most accurate so I know which spot to use each time

just use the same spot every time, that will give you an accurate reflection then of what is happening. I can't imagine it makes that much difference the floor type?

Is there much difference? Use the one which shows the lowest weight 😏

I've stopped weighing myself and just trying to get into better habits.

Weighing is such a variance anyways, ie a bad week putting on a few lbs or a good week losing a lbs, I just wouldn't bother and just focus on the basics, eating as healthily as possible, getting lots of rest and exercising as much as you can. You'll notice the difference with clothes, viewing in mirror, feeling and people's comments.

Just choose a spot and use that each time, that way you can get a comparison. It may help to get yourself weighed on some professional scales eg in boots to find out which one is closest if you want to be accurate

None of us will know which part of your floor is the least uneven 😆
You could try weighing some things you know the weight of already, like a bag of sugar or something with the weight printed on, and wherever that is accurate, then use that spot going forward.
