Has anyone on HRT tried Saxenda? Does it work well for you?

I'm considering asking my Dr for Saxenda, as I'm finding it really hard to lose weight now I'm on HRT.

Hello, I started 3 weeks ago and am on HRT and I've lost 9lbs so far so I'd say it works!

Since I started on HRT (about 3 years ago)I have steadily put on 3 stone and found it impossible to lose weight unless I do full keto/no carb, which for me is unsustainable and so then it all goes back on again.

Brilliant, I'll have a chat with my DR then.

Is there much difference between saxenda and ozempic, and is either one better if on HRT, and what about the effects if you are actually diabetic?
