I just tried and got a very strange automated message.
Long story short, joined last weekend, decided it wasn’t really for me and cancelled today.
Paid E10 for the 2 week trial, and had selected 3 month membership after that. It very clearly states everywhere, including on the payment receipt that if you cancel during the trial, then you’re not charged for the 3 month membership.
The automated e-mail states that i my subscription to the premium app has been cancelled.
However I will still be charged for the remaining 4 payments for my 3 month subscription (surely it should just be 3) and I will continue to have access to the premium features until 3rd April?? (Surely if i was being charged for 3 months, I should have access for 3 months)
Anyone had this happen as I’m very confused
