I’m aware that trying to lose weight too quickly isn’t healthy/recommended & methods to do so aren’t usually sustainable, but I have an event in 2 weeks time that I’d really like to lose 2-3kgs for & any tips on how I can do that as quickly as possible would be appreciated. For now I’m thinking of trying the egg diet for a week, combined with 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day (less intensive HIIT & stationary cycling for example) In additional to this I’m walking at least 10k steps a day. I don’t usually exercise much so I’m sure this should help me to shed some of the pounds. After 2-3 weeks, I’ll be switching to a more sustainable/long term plan because I need to lose a total of around 7kgs. Tips for a longer term weight loss plan would be great too. I’m considering trying the Joe Wicks 90 day plan but I’m not great with sticking to anything unfortunately. Might give it a try though. If anyone’s done it, let me know how it worked out for you. Thanks!
