This is going to be the hardest bit now because it means really reducing the amount I'm eating and increasing my exercise (which don't really go hand in hand!)
Back in June I started at 64.6kg which at 155cm (5'1) is far too heavy. As of Monday gone I am 54kg making it a total of 10.6kg lost. My goal is 45kg which I've never managed to get to before. Just before lockdown I was fluctuating between 48 and 50kg and was determined to get lower but 2020 and 2021 were not great years in which to lose weight for me. I put on so much because I was eating and drinking a lot and barely moving, I was constantly miserable and not in the right headspace to even think about weight loss or healthy eating.
Need some motivation to keep me on track, I am really not feeling the gym at the moment, my usual weights are feeling too heavy and I'm just feeling like a weak, unfit blob. Going to try take up some running which might help.
