Does anyone have any tips to get past a plateau? I have 10 days before a big event and had another 2.5kg to lose to get to my goal weight. I know I won’t achieve that but another kg or so would be good.
I’ve been sticking to my weight loss calorie goal (1800) but i haven’t seen the scales shift in 9 days now. Added complication I am breastfeeding
