I feel it more than I see it. I sometimes lay in bed and feel my bum or stomach and can feel it !!!
I've never done a 'diet' before (became less able to exercise recently) so made it up as I went along.
I'm low carbing, and only eating in a 6 hour window.
I don't beat myself up on the 2 occasions I deviated from my plan. It was only one meal. I just carried on.
What I've learnt is cravings go. Feeling hungry is okay and drinking water is important.
Usual meals:
Sometimes just one meal a day. But I will eat twice a day if I'm really hungry.
Lots of chicken, eggs, salad and veg.
It's easy to adapt meals I'm cooking for others.
B: coffee
L: omelette with 3 eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, asparagus and tomatoes.
Dinner: curry with a salad, meat and veg or salad.
I'm very uncomplicated with food, which I think has made it very easy.
