Just faced my fear and stood on the scales.
Heaviest weight I've seen in years! I knew I had a few pounds to shift as my clothes aren't comfortable just now but that's just confirmed it.
I've spent a lot of time with 'diets' I'm literally just going to cut calories. I think if I deprive myself of anything I'll end up just cracking. So I'm just going to eat less, drink more water and see how I go!! Also been doing a few hiit workouts on YouTube too.
I want to me at my goal weight by 12th April so realistic time scale.
