On my first week of dieting I lost 3lbs.
On the second week I lost 2lbs.
From thereon I seem to be losing roughly around 1 lb a week, I'm happy with this as I'm not trying that hard, I'm still eating biscuits in moderation, the odd chocolate bar and the occasional packet of crisps so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything, I've just been doing alot more exercise and cutting food portions down.
So in around 5 weeks I have lost just under a stone.
I now weight 11 stone and I want to be down to 10 stone...what I'm wondering is, will my body just stop losing weight when I've lost enough or will it continue to drop until I start eating more again? In other words...will my body know automatically or will I need to keep an eye on it all?
