I've got way more than a stone to lose. However ... I found out last week that I've got high blood pressure. I've given the readings to my GP and may need to start medication. But I reckon if I cut down on salt, increase exercise and lose my first stone it just might keep me out of the treatment zone. Plan is for 1400 calories a day. I lose 1-2 lb a week on this. Anyone in a similar situation want to join me?
