My scales are broken and I am miserably ill. I have reasoned that I have 21 points to eat today, saved over the past few days, and I am due on. I Want Chips. Proper ones, and only proper ones will do.
I am having 2 poached eggs (as a protein tummy filler plus i love them) but surely bread is less dense on calories and fat (and therefor points)? So should I have a couple of slices of bread to bulk me out and stop me going loopy on chips? I figure i couldn't eat more than 450 grams of chips, could I? that's nearly a pound!
